With a total installed capacity of 120 tonnes a day, and a three stage refining furnace we are dedicated to manufacture high quality glass containers, tableware and kitchenware items to meet the stringent and demanding quality standards of food, Pharmaceuticals, beverages, soft drinks, liquors, cosmetics and other industries. The manufacturing facilities are among the most modern available to meet the increasing demands of our customers in minimum lead time.
Quality has always taken the front seat at Firozabad Ceramics Pvt Ltd. Here quality is of paramount importance and is an integral part of manufacturing process. Quality inspection involves five levels of checks; starting from the very first stage of procurement of ingredients till the final dispatchment of consignments.
Level 1 happens at arrival of Raw Materials. Each supply comes with C.O.A. (Certificate of analysis) from the supplier, and verified in well-equipped labs at our end, ensuring that products meet the customer requirements.
Later, at production lines to check critical quality parameters and whether all the necessary equipments are installed.
This is followed by visual inspection immediately after the product is formed. Here, the line operator, with the quality control checker, does hot end sampling for dimensional checks.
Next, the wares are put into an annealing chamber, where they are gradually heated and cooled to de-stress.
The wares are finally packed, and a sample of the packed product is put through a QA process to make sure that it is absolutely free from defects.
